I now offer Coaching sessions that do not involve physical touch.
These are 50 minute sessions that can happen on zoom or the phone.
Coaching Sessions
This is an opportunity to receive support via zoom or the phone. I will bring deep listening, empathy, and curiosity so you can feel seen and understood. This can bring a feeling of ease and connection. You can also explore desires & ideas and gain insight on how to move forward with creating a fulfilling life.
Sessions are 50 minutes.
